Terms of use
Last updated 12 September 2026
These terms apply to JOLLER, the event discovery app at jollertribe.com. Using it means you accept them.
Who we are
JOLLER is operated by Jollers (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2026/553636/07). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Jollers (Pty) Ltd. They are governed by South African law, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Give a real email address — it is how you sign in and how we reach you.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or deliberately misleading
- list an event you have no right to list, or claim a profile that is not yours
- upload images you do not hold the rights to
- scrape, spam, or try to break, overload or get around the app's security
- use the contact form for bulk or automated messages
We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Event listings
Events are listed by curators (the promoters and organisers who run them) and by us. The curator is responsible for the accuracy of their listing — dates, line-ups, prices, venues and ticket links change, and sometimes events are moved or cancelled.
Check with the organiser or the ticket seller before you travel or pay for anything. JOLLER does not sell tickets, does not run events, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a curator, ticket seller or venue.
Events set their own age restrictions and entry conditions. Seeing an event on JOLLER is not permission to attend it — that is between you and the organiser.
Content you post
You keep ownership of what you upload. By posting it you give us permission to display it in the app and to use it to promote the listing it belongs to. Do not post anything you are not free to share.
Availability
JOLLER is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the accuracy of a listing, from an event being changed or cancelled, or from your dealings with a curator, ticket seller or venue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
Closing your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact form. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use JOLLER after that means you accept the new version.
